I want to know the benefits of single and multiple registration in service tax I also know deference Between the eligiblity of a company to register In both said case

Where the activity is totally different then decentrlsied reg maybe preferable. Normally centralized reg. is beneficial since only / one payment/ one ret5run/ one audit/ one set of officers ot deal with.... Also credits can be availed centrally and utilsied efficiently.
