Merging Invalidation Letters Under EPCG for Single Authorization Possible, But Separate Applications Preferred for Better Management. A query was raised regarding the possibility of merging invalidation letters from four different parties under EPCG authorization to apply for a single advance authorization for supplying capital machinery. An expert advised that while merging is possible, it is preferable to apply for separate authorizations for each party. This approach allows for easier management if a customer cancels an order and ensures smoother EODC processing, though it may increase clearance costs. The original inquirer expressed gratitude for the advice received. (AI Summary)
