We are supplying the material to our customers against ICB (Deemed Export) against we are claiming the Duty Drawback to DGFT for deemed exported material (Our Supply in accordance with Paragraph 8.2. (F) 8.4.4. (III) of the policy 2009-2014. but DGFT Regret our claim because we are claiming the CVD.
Please guide for the same.
