CST inclusion in C forms: C forms must show CST as part of purchase cost, with no input tax allowed.
CST is part of the cost of purchased goods and no input tax credit is allowed for CST; therefore C forms should record and include the CST amount within the purchase value, not exclude it. (AI Summary)

As CST is considered as part of cost of products purchased. No input is allowed for the CST paid. Therefore "C" forms which are to be generated, should contain the amount of CST i.e at the rate of 2 percent .
