Please advice

Guest

Hello friends,

I am registered dealer in Himachal pradesh and dealing in electrical items. I seek help regarding one thing. I use to purchase from Delhi against C form and sell in Himachal. How can I send my purchased materials through transport to my distant dealers in Himachal  directly from Delhi without disclosing my purchase from Delhi. Please advice. Presently I am unloading goods first at my godown in Himachal and then again booking in the name of my parties through transport. Job seems to be cumbersome.

Dealer Seeks Streamlined Transport for Goods Using E-I Form Under Central Sales Tax Act, Section 6(2) A registered dealer from Himachal Pradesh dealing in electrical items sought advice on how to transport goods purchased in Delhi directly to distant dealers in Himachal without revealing the purchase origin. Currently, the goods are unloaded at his godown in Himachal before being sent to dealers, which he finds cumbersome. In response, it was suggested to use the E-I Form, referencing the Central Sales Tax Act of 1956, section 6(2), to streamline the process. (AI Summary)
