Impact of 0% Basic Custom Duty

Dear sir

 

If there is 0 percent Basic duty on item  X which we are importing in india then should we have to pay 4 percent SAD also on it

Please confirm, if no then related custom notification.

Further if there is anti dumping duty is leviable on this product then what is the applicability of anti dumping duty  when basic custom duty is 0 percent .
