Bill of Export submission required for Advance Authorization redemption; SEZ supplies need corresponding export documentation.
Submission of the Bill of Export is mandatory for redemption of Advance Authorization; for exports an EP copy or equivalent export proof must be provided to DGFT, and SEZ supplies effected under Advance Authorization likewise require presentation of the Bill of Export or equivalent export documentation when seeking redemption. (AI Summary)

We have made supplies to the SEZ project on filing of ARE-1.

The inputs were procured for this project under the Advance Auhtorization. Now at the time of redemption DGFT is insiting for Bill of Export.

Any suggestion regarding the same.
