Dear Sir, 

Fact - We are manfacturer at vapi and actually xyz co situated at mumbai will do  export as merchant export but they are mentioned in their pur order 1. export will be on our (supplier's bond) 2. they will give H Form and they will produce proof of export within 30 days from export date , in case of failure they will give duty amount to us but our owner is not ready against rebate as cenvat cr is not available. Now excise dept saying u can not export on your bond to other party's name . merchant export have to produce ct1 or bond at their end . I conveyed merchant exporter for ct1 but till now not recd any reply. can u help regarding this matter and provide  CHAPTER HEADING FOR DIPHENOXYLATE HYDROCHLORIDE AND ATROPINE SULPHATE TABLET USP - Central Excise.
