Procurement without duty against CT1

narendra arora

Respected Sirs

incase of material procure against CT-1, please let me know :

1. Can I bring material to my premises ?

2. Can I proure in a big lot and export to different-different overseas buyer ?

3.  Is Counter signature of manufactuer on ARE-1 is mandatory ?

Please reply at earliest.

Thanks

NArendra arora

Clarification on procurement against CT-1: materials can be procured for export; manufacturer prepares ARE-1 with required details. A query was raised regarding procurement against CT-1, asking if materials can be brought to premises, procured in large lots for export, and if manufacturer counter-signature on ARE-1 is mandatory. Responses confirmed all queries with 'yes.' Further questions were about who prepares ARE-1, and the values for columns 7 and 9. It was clarified that the manufacturer prepares ARE-1, with the assessable value of goods in column 7 and excise duty in column 9. The responses were agreed upon by multiple participants in the discussion. (AI Summary)
