submission of form 23B

Dear sir,

one of my client incorporated a pvt ltd on oct 2012, but he was not appointed any statuary Auditor till date and he was approached me for appoint a auditor in company for audit  for the period of oct 2012 to march 2013, but Form 23B has not been submitted till now, So I deli ma to appoint for such audit ,so any one help me for appointment of such audit & how can be filed form 23b & procedure the same & also any resolution required.
