Dear Sir,

We are importing  of zinc wire SH Code 79040030 and sale the same in indian market after repacking.

Please advice, can we claim  credit  of CVD and SAD?

Please check section 2f(III) read with Schedule three of the Tariff in this regard.  If this activity falls under the deemed manufacturing, then, you can avail the CENVAT credit otherwise not.
