Dear sir,

I havea query relating to TDS Refundable.

The details of TDS Refundable is as follows:

Financial year-1999-2000 amount Rs. 17300

and Financial year 2010-2011 amount Rs. 19800.

But i have not yet received the refund amount. In this regard what further steps can be taken by me so that I would get the refund amount at the earliest.

Please guide us what we can do.

So far as my limited knowledge says that during FY 1999-2000 there was no e-filling of ITRs hence

CASE - 1

for the refund of that particular year all you need to go to concerned ward(Circle) along with your acknowledgement of ITR and relevant supporting e.g. Computation sheet, BS , etc.

Case - 2

For the FY 2010-2011, if you have filled your return online then, login to your portal on https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/e-Filing/UserLogin/LoginHome.html and then go to MY ACCOUNT -> Refund Re-issue Request. Give your details and very soon you will get your refund.

 But again if you had filled your return mannualy then you have to follow the procedure mentioned in case 1.
