New restaurant in the same company

I am running restaurant in Gurgaon and my company is registered under the company Law. I want to know that can I register with sales Tax department another restaurant with different brand name with same the company. For example, I have ABC Ltd. and My restaurant name is B. Can I open another Restaurant C With the same co. name ABC Ltd.

I think there should not be any issue in getting the vat certificate amended which was issued in the name of ABC Ltd. irrespective of the different brand name. For more details you need to approach local consultant.

Yes you can certianly open as many restaurant you want under the same company name. However an initimation is to be given for opening of another unit to the Sales tax/vat department in the same state.So you being in Gurgaon (Haryana), the same rule apply
