It includes fields for the serial number, LLP name, property description, sale date, sale method, purchaser's name and address, sale confirmation date, sale value, amount of earnest money deposit (E.M.D.) or advance received with date, balance realized, and remarks. The register is maintained by the Liquidator and entries are made for each property sale. Payments, whether E.M.D., advance, or consideration, must be received via demand draft or cash.
