of <h1>Govt of India issues amendments and corrigenda to Companies Secretary Rules, 1988; Regional Directors to take action.</h1> The circular from the Government of India's Ministry of Law, Justice & Company Affairs, dated June 13, 2002, addresses amendments and corrigenda related to the Companies (Appointment and Qualifications of Secretary) Rules, 1988. It forwards three notifications: GSR 384 (E) dated May 29, 2002, which is a corrigendum to a previous notification; GSR 408 (E) dated June 6, 2002, which amends a prior notification; and GSR 419 (E) dated June 11, 2002, which amends the aforementioned rules. The circular instructs all Regional Directors and Registrars of Companies to take necessary action and acknowledge receipt.
