of <h1>Fast Track Scheme u/s 560 of the Companies Act extended until January 31, 2001 for company compliance.</h1> The Fast Track Scheme under Section 560 of the Companies Act, initially outlined in previous circulars, has been extended until January 31, 2001. This decision follows numerous representations from companies, professionals, institutes, and chambers of commerce. All other terms and conditions of the scheme remain unchanged. This extension is communicated to all Regional Directors, Registrars of Companies, and Official Liquidators by the Department of Company Affairs, Ministry of Law, Justice & Company Affairs, Government of India.
