The Board acknowledges the challenges faced by Commissioners in timely submission of reports and decides to streamline the process. Henceforth, the proforma report is split into two parts: Part A, which must be submitted to the Board within three weeks of receiving the draft paragraph, and Part B, which should be sent to the Director of Income Tax (Investigation & Audit) within two months, with copies to be endorsed to the Board.
