A national toll-free Service Desk is available, providing ticket-based issue resolution. Over 343 ACES Certified Facilitation Centres (CFCs) have been established in more than 90 cities to assist taxpayers lacking IT resources, offering services for a fee. Taxpayers can also access learning materials on the ACES website and contact jurisdictional officers for account issues. Users are advised to provide necessary details, such as xml files, when lodging complaints to facilitate efficient problem resolution.
