Export is capped at 720 million kg for 2010-11. Applications must be emailed between February 2-7, 2011, with allocations based on past export performance or a maximum of 100,000 kg per IEC. Only one application per IEC is allowed. Successful applicants must submit specific documents by February 18, 2011, and complete exports by March 31, 2011. Non-compliance may result in penalties and ineligibility for future allocations.
