of <h1>Export Obligation Deadline for Advance License Holders Amended to March 31, 2011, for Raw Sugar Imports.</h1> The circular amends Circular No. 01/2010-Cus., dated January 11, 2010, regarding the extension of the export obligation period for Advance License Holders who imported raw sugar between September 21, 2004, and April 15, 2008. The amendment changes the date in paragraph 2(a) from December 31, 2011, to March 31, 2011. No other conditions of the original circular are altered. The circular instructs relevant authorities to inform the trade and exporters through appropriate notices and to issue guidance to assessing officers. Acknowledgment of receipt of this circular is requested.
