of <h1>Amendment to Handbook: Reduced Export Obligations for Sectors with Over 5% Export Decline from Previous Year.</h1> The amendment to Paragraph 5.11.2 of the Handbook of Procedures Vol.I, 2009-2014, allows for a reduction in average export obligations for sectors experiencing a decline in total exports by more than 5% compared to the previous year. If exports continue to decline over consecutive years, the base year for calculating eligibility and reduction will be the year before the decline began. The Director General of Foreign Trade will inform relevant authorities of the eligible sectors within seven months after the fiscal year ends, and adjustments will be made accordingly. This amendment is issued in the public interest.
