Custodians must ensure reliable internet connectivity, maintain equipment, and adhere to CBEC's Information Security Policy. They must also enable message exchange connectivity with ICEGATE, using either internet or MPLS networks. Existing custodians have three months to comply, with any future infrastructure modifications or expansions to be managed by custodians in consultation with the Directorate General of Systems.
