of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Update: New Deadlines for Bank Realization Certificate Applications and Norms Committee Appeals in Handbook Amendments.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), 2009-14, under the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14. In Paragraph 4.46, a new sentence specifies that applications filed with the Bank Realization Certificate must be submitted within twelve months from the export date or six months from the realization of export proceeds, among other conditions. Paragraph 4.54 is deleted. Additionally, for project supplies, a one-year time limit is set for filing representations against Norms Committee decisions. These changes are issued in public interest.
