of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Update: Corrected Description for VKGUY Entry No. 7 in Appendix 37A, Effective August 27, 2009.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade, under the authority of the Foreign Trade Policy 2009-14, has issued a public notice correcting the description for VKGUY Entry No. 7 in Table 1B of Appendix 37A of the Handbook of Procedures Volume 1 (HBPv1). The corrected description now reads: 'Flours & Meals of Oil Seeds or Oleaginous Fruits Other Than Those of Mustard / Soya Bean.' This amendment is effective for exports from August 27, 2009, and is issued in the public interest.
