of <h1>Foreign Trade Handbook Updates: Duty Credit Scrip Clarification and Appendix Corrections for EPCG Authorization Certificates.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has issued amendments to the Handbook of Procedures (HBP) version 1, including Appendices and ANFs, under the Foreign Trade Policy 2009-14. A new clause clarifies that Duty Credit Scrip can be used for importing restricted items only if they are also importable under specific Duty Credit Scrip provisions. Additionally, references to '2004-09' are removed from Appendices 26, 26A, ANF5A, ANF5B, and ANF5D. Corrections in the index for Appendices include updated titles for certificates related to EPCG Authorization. These changes are made in the public interest.
