of <h1>Waiver of late fees for Bills of Entry after Budget-update system downtime; relief limited to specified vessels filed by Feb 2.</h1> Waiver of late fees is granted for Bills of Entry affected by ICEGATE unavailability during the Union Budget update, where filing was unavailable from 11:00 hrs on 01.02.2026 and restored on 02.02.2026. The waiver applies to Bills of Entry filed on or before 2 February 2026 for vessels granted entry inwards at INMAA1, INKAT1 and INENR1 on 2 February 2026, removing late fee liability under the Bill of Entry (Forms) amendment regulations. The notice is issued as a standing order for departmental officers; operational difficulties may be reported to the Additional Commissioner for necessary action.
