of <h1>Annual RoDTEP return filing period extended to March 31, 2026; Rs 15,000 composition fee applies and penalties follow.</h1> Period for filing Annual RoDTEP Returns for FY 2023-24 is extended to 31 March 2026, subject to payment of a Rs 15,000 composition fee; this change applies from the date of publication. Failure to file by the extended date will attract enforcement measures under the Handbook of Procedures, including denial of RoDTEP benefits and scroll-out of scrips, thereby affecting exporters' entitlement and usable credit. The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has authorised the extension in exercise of powers under the Foreign Trade Policy, with the stated objective of ease of doing business and export promotion.
