of <h1>Courier transshipment of import goods from New Courier Terminal via named carrier to air cargo ports approved till 20.12.2028</h1> Transshipment permission is granted to a courier operator for transshipment of import goods from the New Courier Terminal, Delhi to specified air cargo ports, through a named carrier, up to 20.12.2028, subject to execution and continuance of prescribed transshipment bonds and a waiver from furnishing bank guarantee under the applicable CBIC circular. The permission is conditional on goods being specifically manifested for transshipment, segregation and transfer under Customs supervision, filing/approval of destination-wise cargo transfer manifests, escort and secure double-lock storage, X-ray screening in Customs presence, sealing with Customs seals, maintenance of records, carriage of attested import manifests, and timely production of destination receipt/arrival certificates for bond re-credit and discharge; non-compliance may attract payment liability and withdrawal or non-renewal of permission.
