of <h1>DGFT's Market Access Support scheme funds trade fairs, BSMs and delegations, with online proposals and compliance rules.</h1> DGFT launches the Market Access Support (MAS) intervention under the Export Promotion Mission (EPM) - Niryat Disha with immediate effect on a pilot basis to fund and facilitate market access activities, including BSMs, RBSMs, trade fairs/exhibitions and trade delegations; eligible organising agencies must submit proposals and file MAS applications through the Trade Connect ePlatform, with mandatory online publication of supported events and prescribed registration, reporting and audit-trail requirements, and industry associations seeking overseas-event support must furnish member lists mapped to IEC pending activation of the online participation workflow. Draft FTP/HBP provisions prescribe eligibility of agencies and participating entities, MSME participation thresholds, ceilings and cost-sharing, airfare and delegate limits, lead-agency and joint-event rules, GFR compliance, outcome reporting timelines, and sanctions for shortfalls or non-compliance, with stakeholder comments invited within 30 days while pilot implementation proceeds.
