Trustees must submit specified disclosures to SEBI and the stock exchanges within 30 days of the end of March and September, covering SDIs backed by loans, listed debt securities, credit facilities, and other exposures. Required information includes maturity profile, minimum retention and holding period, credit quality, security cover, default and recovery metrics, prepayments, loan-to-value and debt-to-income distributions, utilisation of credit enhancement and liquidity facilities, amendments to underlying contracts, and servicing performance. The circular applies from March 31, 2026 and is issued under SEBI's statutory powers.
