of <h1>FTP 2023 updates deemed export claims: online ANF 7A, single para 7.02 category, Appendix 6J allocation clarified</h1> Public Notice No. 35/2025-26 amends Chapter 7 of the Handbook of Procedures and ANF 7A under the Foreign Trade Policy 2023 to clarify and streamline procedures for claiming deemed export benefits. Applications must be filed online in ANF 7A with prescribed documents, before the jurisdictional Regional Authority (RA) as per Appendix 1A, with specific allocation of claims between Domestic Tariff Area suppliers and EOUs/SEZ Development Commissioners as per Appendix 6J. References to relevant FTP/HBP paragraphs are updated, physical filing is dispensed with, conditions on timing of claims based on payment receipt are specified, and each ANF 7A application must relate to only one category of supply under para 7.02. Revised ANF 7A takes immediate effect.
