of <h1>New SIONs A-3693 and A-3694 permit specific input quantities for Minoxidil aerosol and Benfotiamine, enabling direct Advance Authorisations</h1> Two new Standard Input Output Norms (SIONs) under Chemical & Allied Product (Product Code 'A') have been notified: SION A-3693 for Minoxidil topical aerosol 5% (foam) 60 gm CAN, permitting 3.06 gm of Minoxidil USP per unit; and SION A-3694 for Benfotiamine 1 kg, permitting 0.922 kg of Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1 HCl) per kg. Regional authorities are authorized to grant Advance Authorisations directly using these norms without referring cases to the Norms Committee, intended to expedite processing and promote uniformity in export input recognition.
