of <h1>Government reinstates and amends SION C-888 allowing export of stainless steel washers at 1.0 kg per 1.60 kg import entitlement</h1> The government authority exercising powers under the Foreign Trade Policy reinstates and amends Standard Input Output Norms (SION C-888), previously suspended by Public Notice No. 56 (14.01.2020). The amended norm permits export of stainless steel washers (small and large, various grades) at 1.0 kg to correspond with an import entitlement of 1.60 kg of prime/secondary stainless steel sheets, sheet cutting, coils, strips or plates of relevant grade and thickness. The Public Notice dated 06.05.2025 effects this reinstatement and amendment; a subsequent correction clarified the washer description.
