of <h1>SEBI Extends Cybersecurity and Cyber Resilience Framework Compliance Deadline to June 30, 2025 for Most Regulated Entities</h1> SEBI has extended the compliance timeline for the Cybersecurity and Cyber Resilience Framework (CSCRF) by three months until June 30, 2025. This extension applies to all Regulated Entities except Market Infrastructure Institutions, KYC Registration Agencies, and Qualified Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents. The extension follows multiple requests from regulated entities seeking additional time for implementation after the original framework was issued in August 2024 with clarifications provided in December 2024.
