This initiative aims to improve services for taxpayers by facilitating electronic communication with the department. Taxpayers are encouraged to send communications in PDF format and include contact details for immediate acknowledgment. The Regional Advisory Committee, Trade Associations, and Chamber of Commerce in Telangana are requested to disseminate this information widely. Feedback and suggestions regarding the e-Office implementation are welcomed.
