Effective from February 27, 2018, specific roles such as Deputy Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, and Income Tax Officer are designated for BPU users. Role assignment is managed by RCC Admin upon receiving a posting order and confirmation of the officer taking charge. The 360^0 view screen provides comprehensive details on PAN, ITR, tax payments, TDS, ITS, and e-filed non-ITR forms. For role assignment procedures, refer to Annexure A, and contact ITBA helpdesk for assistance.
