of <h1>India Extends FCRA Registration Validity to December 31, 2024, for Entities with Pending or Upcoming Renewal Applications.</h1> The Government of India has extended the validity of FCRA registration certificates for certain entities. Entities whose registration was previously extended to September 30, 2024, and have pending renewal applications will have their validity extended until December 31, 2024, or until the renewal application is processed, whichever comes first. Additionally, entities whose five-year validity expires between October 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, and have applied or will apply for renewal, will also have their validity extended to December 31, 2024, or until the application is processed. If a renewal application is refused, the certificate validity expires immediately.
