of <h1>SEBI Designates BSE as RAASB and IAASB for Five Years; New Fee Structure Effective July 2024.</h1> BSE Limited has been recognized by SEBI as the Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body (RAASB) and Investment Adviser Administration and Supervisory Body (IAASB) for five years starting July 25, 2024. BSE will establish bye-laws, SOPs, and FAQs to guide Research Analysts (RAs) and Investment Advisers (IAs) in adopting the RAASB and IAASB framework. Applicants for RA/IA registration or renewal must pay administrative fees to RAASB/IAASB. The revised fee structure effective July 25, 2024, remains fee neutral compared to the previous structure. SEBI retains certain conditions from a prior circular dated May 2, 2024.
