<h1>RBI Allows Unlimited Remittances via Authorised Dealers with Form A2 Submission Under FEMA Sections 10(4) & 11(1.</h1> The circular issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) permits all Authorised Dealers (AD Category-I banks and AD Category-II entities) to facilitate remittances without any limit on the amount, based on online or physical submission of Form A2 and related documents, in accordance with Section 10(5) of FEMA 1999. Authorised Dealers must establish guidelines approved by their Boards and comply with FEMA 1999 and updated KYC regulations. Reporting of transactions in FETERS will continue as usual. The circular is issued under sections 10(4) and 11(1) of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999.
