The new format is to be used from June 1, 2024. Draft SIDs must be filed by May 31, 2024, and existing SIDs updated by June 30, 2024, using data as of May 31, 2024. This extension aims to prevent duplication of efforts and ensure uniform implementation. The updated documents must be available on the SEBI, AMFI, and AMC websites within the specified timelines. This circular is issued under SEBI's regulatory powers to protect investors.
