of <h1>India Allocates 8606 Metric Tons of Cane Sugar for Export to USA Under TRQ Scheme for Fiscal Year 2024.</h1> The Government of India has allocated 8606 metric tons raw value (MTRV) of raw cane sugar for export to the USA under the Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) scheme for the US fiscal year 2024. The export of sugar to the USA is classified as 'Free' under specific conditions outlined in a prior notification. The Agriculture and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) will manage the quota as the implementing agency. The Certificate of Origin, if needed, will be issued by the Additional Director General of Foreign Trade, Mumbai, based on APEDA's recommendations. The reporting requirements from previous notifications will be adhered to.
