No Further Extensions.</h1> The Amnesty Scheme addresses defaults in Export Obligation under the Advance Authorisation and EPCG Schemes, allowing applications for policy relaxation due to genuine hardship. The deadline for submission is extended to 31.12.2023. The Policy Relaxation Committee evaluates each case individually, and authorization holders should not delay their applications for closure of defaults. Pending applications for relaxation will not justify an extension beyond the deadline. All authorization holders and Regional Authorities are urged to complete submissions and process pending applications by the specified date. This directive is approved by the competent authority.
