No. 218AA of Schedule I. This clarification addresses doubts about whether such products should be taxed at 5% or 12%. The council also specified that no tax refund will be allowed on polyester or metallised plastic film due to tax rate inversion. Necessary amendments have been made in the relevant notification to reflect these changes.
