of <h1>DGFT Updates Authorized Lab Name for Diamond Certification in Handbook of Procedures, 2023, Paragraph 4.73(15.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended paragraph 4.73(15) of the Handbook of Procedures, 2023. The amendment changes the name of the authorized laboratory for diamond certification and grading from 'Forevermark NV, Antwerp, Belgium' to 'International Institute of Diamond Grading and Research (Belgium), NV.' This modification is made under the authority granted by the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023. The change is intended to update the list of recognized laboratories for diamond grading and certification.
