of <h1>DGFT Updates ANF-2H & ANF-2I Formats to Ease Compliance, Remove RCMC Requirement for Free Sale Certificates.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended the formats of ANF-2H and ANF-2I in the Handbook of Procedures 2015-2020 to reduce regulatory compliance burdens. The revisions eliminate the requirement to provide RCMC details and related declarations. These changes apply to applications for Free Sale & Commerce Certificates for both general items and those not classified as medical devices or instruments. The updated formats aim to streamline the application process, ensuring that the items are not prohibited for export and comply with relevant laws. The revised forms are included as annexures in the notice.
