of <h1>Customs Commissionerate Launches E-Office for Paperless Work, Boosting Efficiency and Transparency in Taxpayer Services.</h1> The Customs Commissionerate, ICD PPG, and other ICDs have launched the e-office application developed by the National Informatics Centre to facilitate electronic office work. This initiative aims to create a paperless environment, enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability, and improve taxpayer services. Taxpayers are encouraged to use electronic communication, preferably in PDF format, and include contact details for prompt acknowledgment. The initiative is expected to transform work culture and ethics within the department. Members of the Regional Advisory Committee and related associations are requested to disseminate this information and report any challenges or suggestions.
