Developed by the National Informatics Centre, this initiative aims to transform work culture by promoting electronic communication with the department. Taxpayers are encouraged to send communications in PDF format and include their mobile numbers and emails for prompt acknowledgment. Trade associations and related entities in Ludhiana are urged to disseminate this information widely, and any challenges or suggestions should be directed to the Commissioner.
