of <h1>From August 1, 2020, Indian exporters to Thailand must use e-CoO Platform for Preferential Certificates under ASEAN-India FTA.</h1> Effective August 1, 2020, exporters from India to Thailand under the ASEAN-India Free Trade Agreement must submit applications for Preferential Certificates of Origin (CoO) via the e-COO Platform. Designated issuing agencies include EIA, MPEDA, and the Textile Committee. Manual applications submitted before this date will still be processed. The e-CoO platform will generate an electronic copy along with four printed copies, which exporters can obtain with ink signatures and stamps for submission to Thai authorities. This directive is issued with the approval of the Competent Authority.
