of <h1>New Procedure Limits Power Tiller Imports; Authorization Capped at 10% of Last Year's Import Value Under Notification 19/2015-2020.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has established a procedure for allocating import authorizations for power tillers, restricting imports under HS codes 8432 8020 and 8432 9090. The authorization for any firm is capped at 10% of the previous year's import value. Applicants must have at least three years in business, sold 100 power tillers in the past three years, and possess necessary test reports and approvals. Only manufacturers can apply, and imported power tillers must meet specified standards. This procedure implements the restrictions outlined in Notification No. 19/2015-2020.
