Importers can clear goods before testing by submitting a 'No Use Undertaking,' ensuring goods are not sold until testing is successful. If samples fail, goods must be re-exported or destroyed at the importer's expense. Specific labs in Delhi/NCR are designated for testing, and testing must be completed within 15 days.
